The Chairman, Birnin-Gwari Vanguard for Security and Good Governance (BGVSGG), Ibrahim Abubakar Nagari on Saturday, said that only 32 persons were released out of 46 kidnapped persons after the payment of N16 million ransom.

Cdanewsonline recalls that 46 persons were kidnapped in Unguwar Bula and Ijinga community in the Birnin Gwari Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

However, a statement on Saturday by Nagari, said the negotiation was for the entire 46 kidnapped persons but the bandits have held on to 14 persons.

He thanked the security operatives for their support, just as he called on all religious faithful to continue to pray for the release of the remaining abductees.
