The former Commissioner for Commerce, Industries, Science and Technology in Abia State, Hon.Barr. Stanley Ojigbo has congratulated members of the PDP who were recently inaugurated as legislators at the National and State House of Assembly.

Hon.Barr. Stanley Ojigbo was reacting to the inauguration of the 10th National Assembly and the 8th Abia State House of Assembly. He particularly saluted the Member representing Ukwa East and West Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Chief Chris Nkwonta for making it to the National Assembly.

He enjoined the newly inaugurated lawmakers to give effective and quality representation to their constituencies and ensure they deliver dividends of democracy to the people of the State. According to him, the electorates are expecting their representatives to fulfill their campaign promises. He maintained that there was a need for the lawmakers to contribute greatly to the development of Abia State and the nation at large and said, it is a cause they must pursue to remain relevant in the scheme of things.

Hon.Barr.Stanley Ojigbo, who advised the PDP lawmakers to remain good ambassadors of the party in their legislative houses urged all the PDP families in Abia State to keep hope alive, assuring that the party would bounce back to its status.
