Governor Alex Otti has mandated civil servants to continue with the biometric machine capturing of 80 percent.

Abia Civil servants taught his administration will stop the biometrics and allow for frivolity and indiscipline to going to work.

Abia civil servants were complaining about the biometric capturing machine during the past administration of Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu and have boasted that Governor Alex Otti will cancel it.
