The body of Late Mrs.Helen Umenwa Okpetue of Abala,Ogbuebile Oboro, Local Government Area, Abia State was laid to rest at her Husband’s country Home on 12 September 2024.
Speaking at the burial service held at the Apostolic Church , Ugboebelle, Ikwuano LGA ,Uchechukwu Ukaegbu said Late Mrs.Helen Umenwa Okpetue lived a good life and left many legacies behind.
He described himself as one of the legacies of the late state woman as the deceased was the one that nurtured him when his mother died.
Uchechukwu Ukaegbu who disclosed that the history of his life journey would not be complete without the input of the Mrs.Helen Umenwa Okpetue, said she fought a good fight while alive, adding that whatever she left for the living is to move forward.
The lead Pastor of the Apostle Church , stressed the need for everyone to know that death is a reality while life is ephemeral and fragile. Hence the need to be careful what one does with his life on earth.
He reminded the living to reconcile with God so as to gain eternal rest at death,He said Mrs.Helen Umenwa Okpetue has laboured and contributed immensely to his family and the wider society, and prayed God to grant all concerned the fortitude to bear the loss.
Uchechukwu Ukaegbu appreciated all his family and friends for coming to identify with them, and prayed God to bless all.
