The Abia House of Assembly today confirmed the nomination of Hon. William Ukatu, Hon.Buchi Imoh and the other 16 chairmen and their deputies transition committees in the state.
The list of the nominees was earlier sent to the assembly by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu.
The nominees, who were presented for screening on Wednesday at the plenary presided over by the Speaker, Chinedum Orji, were confirmed after a voice vote by the legislators.
