Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji has described the Lawmaker representing Isiala Ngwa North/South Federal Constituency, Hon Darlington Nwokocha, as a consumate lawmaker and a long standing friend whose record in the Federal House of Reoresentatives speaks for itself.
