A former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Senator Anyim Pius Anyim has condemned the gruesome killings and attacks on citizens of Zamfara State by gunmen.
Anyim, who also served the country as Senate President made this known in a statement signed and made available to DAILY POST by his media aide, Mr. Okorie Daniel Onyekachi on Saturday.
The presidential aspirant, under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, described the attacks on the innocent citizens of Zamfara State as barbaric and saddening.
He urged the people of the State never to live in fear in their own home, adding that there was still hope for the people of the country to overcome insecurity.
