The Court Appeal sitting in Lagos has upheld the victory of Hon. Barr. Solomon Akpulonu, the Vocal and effective Member Representing Obingwa East State Constituency, in the 18th March House of Assembly election.
In a unanimous judgment, the panel upheld the tribunal’s Judgement, the petitioner could not prove his case and the matter lacked merit.
