Bayern Munich, Ghana legend visits Eguavoen ahead of Nigeria vs Guinea Bissau

Bayern Munich and Ghana legend, Sammy Osei Kuffour, was in the camp of the Super Eagles on Monday ahead of their last group game on Wednesday.

Kuffour, a good friend of Austine Eguavoen, Nigeria’s interim boss, spent some quality time with the former Super Eagles star at the team’s Hotel le Ribadou base.

During his playing days, Kuffour was a key star for German giants, Bayern Munich and West African powerhouse, Ghana.

Kuffour, who played in the defence, won the 2000-01 UEFA Champions League title with Bayern Munich.

Having beaten Egypt and Sudan in their first two games, the Super Eagles are prepared to see off Guinea Bissau in the last Group D game on Wednesday evening.
