Following the conclusion of the UEFA Champions League group stage match-day five fixtures on Wednesday night, below are the current leading scorers and assists in the Europe top-flight competition so far.
It will be recalled that Real Madrid, Manchester City, Napoli, Bayern Munich, Club Brugge, Chelsea, PSG, Benfica, Dortmund, Inter Milan, Porto and Liverpool have all qualified for the Round of 16 stages with one game to spare after this week’s Champions League match-day four fixtures.
Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah is currently the joint-top leading scorer in the UEFA Champions League for the 2022/2023 season.
The Egyptian international striker netted a goal in his side’s Champions League 3-0 win over Ajax on Wednesday.
Salah presently has six goals alongside Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe.
