We have the Umuahia/Ikot Ekpene Road rehabilitation project and questions needed to be asked.

We should note that this is the second time that this road has been awarded for reconstruction/rehabilitation.

The first time the funds were carted away by some unscrupulous elements.

This time around, I am smelling a rat and open fraud.

The construction company has been in one spot since February with nothing to show for only moving sand from one place to another within the same ugwu Ndoro to Okwe and transferring the sand at Ugbuebela to Ugwu Ndoro and back yet our people all kept quiet.

The so much euphoria and daily press conferences have died a natural death. God forbid.

Chief Sunny Nwagbo suggests letting Ikwuano people embark on the protest because these companies can not get away with the funds time around.

It is on a clear term that criminality done on this road will not go unpunished Ala Ikwuano must disgrace them for the hardship and pains, the people are passing through.

Chief Nwagbo speak to CDA Neas that it shall never be well with all of them that are involved in stealing from this road because the road is now a death trap for the users.

Ala Ikwuano will fight them on Eke day, Nkwo day, Orie day, and Afo day.
