Permit me to this medium to convey my heartfelt appreciation to you, our leaders, traditional rulers, critical stakeholders, esteemed delegates, and teeming members of our great Party in the six Local Government Areas in Abia Central Senatorial District for the wholehearted reception you gave me and my campaign team during my recent consultative tour of the Senatorial District.
I am indeed deeply moved by the undiluted solidarity and the unprecedented outpouring of love with which you all accepted me as the aspirant of choice to fly the flag of our great Party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and win the Senatorial election to represent Abia Central in the Senate.
Most importantly, I value the confidence you and the wider population of our brothers are sisters in Abia Central repose in me to represent us in the Senate. Your passion as well as the unity of purpose in this direction is unparalleled.
I cherish your wise counsel and your prayers; your sacrifices and manifest determination to ensure the success of our collective aspiration. I do not take much for granted.
The task before us is an onerous one. This is the beginning of our collective journey to victory. There are still many miles of stone to cross but I am confident that together we will achieve success.
In all, the welfare and development of our people of Abia Central are paramount. It is a Creed; a Divine Mandate which must not be compromised. I am assured that you are also driven by the same vision for our people. That is why you are making so much commitment and sacrifice toward the success of this campaign.
