It is with a deep sense of great shock that I received the sad news of the untimely death of one of our committed youth leaders in Umuahia South LGA, Mr Emeka Nwaiwu (Milux).

Emeka Nwaiwu was a committed member of my campaign council, the Austin Akobundu Campaign Council. I recall that Emeka displayed an uncommon sense of commitment, loyalty, resilience, forthrightness, strength, character, and leadership throughout the campaigns for the 2023 general elections.

He was indeed a man to be trusted having shown no sign of betrayal during the period he worked with us. May the Almighty God comfort the members of his family in this trying moment and grant them the emotional strength to overcome this irreparable loss.

May his soul rest in peace.
