Eguavoen to drop two players against Guinea-Bissau

Nigeria’s interim coach, Augustine Eguavoen, is expected to drop Joe Aribo and Ola Aina from his squad to face Guinea-Bissau on Wednesday.

Both players have featured in the first two Group D fixtures against Egypt and Sudan.

However, Aribo and Aina are only a booking away from missing the Super Eagles’ Round of 16 clash.

Kelechi Nwakali is being tipped to replace Aribo tonight, while Jamilu Collins should come in for Ola Aina.

This will be Collins’ first game for the Eagles in Cameroon, as he was the last player to join the squad.

Officials claim he was held up by a row with his German club Paderborn.
