EPL: Why Man United fans should stop being angry over Ronaldo’s move to Man City

fans have been advised to channel their anger at their club, as they react angrily over Cristiano Ronaldo’s impending move to rivals Manchester City this summer.

Fans of the Old Trafford outfit have voiced their anger over their legendary No.7’s move.

One of such fans, Andy Goldstein had yesterday said Ronaldo “will be dead to me” if he moves to Manchester City.

He, however, the top sports presenter at talkSPORT’s Alex Crook, said that Ronaldo was offered to Man United first this first but they turned down the offer.

Crook further reveals, “A lot of Manchester United fans are not happy and a lot are suggesting Cristiano Ronaldo would tarnish his legacy at Old Trafford by joining the blue half of the City.

“But if that’s the case, why would Jorge Mendes have even gone to Man City in the first place?

Presumably, his client knows about that and he is keen to make the move.

What I can tell you is that Jorge Mendes has also been in touch with Manchester United over these last couple of weeks about a possible emotional return to Old Trafford for Ronaldo.

And United have seemingly closed the door on that one.”
