He is Also the C.E.O of Igwe Triple C Farms located at Ariam, Ikwuano L.G.A, Abia State and the Chairman/founder of Ezenwa Igwe foundation (N.G.O) Through his NGO, he has successfully launched initiatives such as ; Youth Empowerment Program” which has provided over 1000 Youths with Mentorship and Educational Resources.

In Health Care,he has done numerous Medical Outreach for more than 10 communities in two states in Nigeria.

He is also an Employer of Labour, through his Companies, he has Employed well over 2000 Direct and Indirect Personnel.

His Commitment to Health Care, Poverty Alleviation and Eradication, Social Justice and Community Engagement has been a guiding force throughout his life.
