Member of the House of Representatives representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, Honourable James Abiodun Faleke has emerged victorious at the Election Petition Tribunal with the judges declaring him duly elected member to represent Ikeja Federal Constituency at the Green Chamber.

The three man member panel agreed with the 2nd Respondent’s Counter Petition that the 1st Petitioner was not validly sponsored by Labour Party, thereby lacks locus standi to present the petition against his victory.

The Tribunal subsequently dismissed the Petition of the Labour Party Candidate, Kunle Okunola for lacking in merit.
