As Abians Celebrate the birthday of ebullient number one citizen of the State Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu..

The Special Adviser to the Governor and Leader of Concerned Igbo Leaders Forum, Hon Obinna Ndukwe Ibiam has congratulated members of opposition parties who are moving over to the People Democratic Party in their thousands, for their firm resolve, foresight, boldness and confidence to join well meaning citizens of the State in support of the government of People Democratic Party ably led by Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu based on his eloquent achievements in different areas of the States development.

Hon Obinna Ndukwe Ibiam, during an interactive session with news men after the Governor, who was represented by His Deputy, Sir Ude Okochukwu PhD received the Outstanding Leadership Award from the Methodist Church Nigeria Prelate Dr Uche, just a few days after the Chairman of People Democratic Party, received the State Deputy Chairman of All Progressive Party from Abia South, Chief Ogunka Adiele John and thousands of mammoth crowd of opposition party members who joyfully left their different political parties and APC to join the People Democratic Party.

The Young and vibrant PDP stalwart said that, Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu PhD have justified the trust of his believers, who campaigned vigorously to ensure massive votes, that led to his emergency as Governor in 2015 and 2019 consecutively, he thanked the Governor for his giant strides in Education, Agriculture, Healthcare, Trade and Investment, Security of lives and properties of Abians, Infrastructure, SME, Made In Aba Products, Reconstruction of Ariaria International Market, Abia Microfinance Bank, Construction and Reconstruction of over 100 roads, Abia Shoes and Garments Academy and Clusters, to mention few.

Ibiam affirmed that, more members of opposition parties will join the Peoples Democratic Party before 2023, because of the quality of administrative governance and overwhelming performance of the Governors efficiency, in the spread of dividends of Democracy to the people of the State, who prides in the legacy projects scattered all over nook and cranny of the 3 geopolitical zones of Abia.

In a separate remark, the Special Adviser to the Governor applauded and congratulated the State PDP Chairman Rt Hon Asiforo Okere for actively emulating the good qualities of the Governor to change the narrative and sustain the leadership tenets of the party.

Ibiam called on the Decampees and new members of the People Democratic Party to work selflessly and passionately with patience, to win more members of the opposition parties over to PDP and charged them to avoid pull him down syndrome, envy and antipathy, to dwell favourably under the large umbrella of Peoples Democratic Party, and ensure a landslide victory for the party, come 2023 election.

Ibiam added that the efforts of the Governor to leave Abia better than he met it has earned him avalanche of recognitions and love from the people of the state, adumbrating that the harvest and tsunami of main opposition party Chairmen and thousands of mammoth members and more, few days before the Governor’s birthday, serves as a perfect 57th birthday gift from the APC to Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu PhD.

He prayed that the Governor will live long in good health and enjoy the good fruits of his labor of love and sacrifice to him, Abians and humanity Amen.
