The General Manager of Abia State Road Traffic and Safety Management Agency(ARTSMA) Former TIMAAS Col. Ezichi Kalu is in the news for secretly replacing staff of the agency with his brothers and sisters from Ohafia.

The agency which now has it Office Complex at Factory Road close to the Government House in Umuahia is responsible for the control of traffic in the state.

The General Manager who is secretly recruiting new staff without any radio advert and consideration of other Local Government Areas said he has the backing of Governor Dr Alex Otti.

He has also returned his brother one Emeka Ojo and paid his Salaries in full even when he paid less than half of the Staff April and May Salaries to the Staff of the Agency.

It was gathered that the Abia State House of Assembly Committee on Transport already summoned him to appear on Tuesday over the development.
