Hon.Jacob Onyemachi Ekpo has Emerged as Newly Elected President General Of Umuariaga Community Development Union (UCDU) Awom Na Ebo Autonomous Community, Oboro , Ikwuano LGA .Abia State.
The election held at Umuariaga Primary School, Ikwuano LGA , Abia State on Friday, 31st December 2021
Hon.Jacob Onyemachi Ekpo polled a total of 97 votes to beat his closest rival, Hon. Okechukwu Erico Oji who score 95 votes while the immediate President General of community scored 50 votes, Mr.Kanu Kanu Score 38 votes and Dr.Emeka Ugboja Scored 20 votes respectively.
Chief Lucky Jonah the Umuariaga Electoral Committee Chairman declared Hon.Jacob Onyemachi Ekpo who scored the highest vote casted as the Winner of the Election.
Evangelist George Inehila emerge as the Vice President General who scored the total number of 151 votes against his close rival Mr.Aloze Ogbulubi who scored 147 votes.
Mr.Innocent Onumegbu won the position of Secretary General of the development union having scored 186 votes against his rival Mr. Obioma Eluwa who scored 115 votes.
Mrs.Ifeoma Ezeikpe elected as the Umuariaga Community Development Union Treasurer.

Women—96 Voters
Youth—104. Voters.
Total —354 Accredited Voters.
