Sequel to the declaration of the then *Stanley Nwabuisi* as winner of the 2019 elections for the position of the member to represent Ikwuano State Constituency at the Abia House of Assembly, the Young Legislator quickly engaged over 100 of his constituents in a Skill Acquisition Training in areas of Fish and Snail Farming. 20 of these trainees received N100,000 each for post training start up.
He then began an unrivaled infrastructural reformation of Ikwuano within the limit of his Legislative ability. In line with the axiom that says charity begins at home, Nchara Oloko received a brand new borehole constructed by Hydro Links Nig Ltd. This borehole was commissioned on the 4th of January, 2020.
Prior to this, the vibrant reformer had pioneered the first ever Miss Ikwuano beauty Pageant executed by the current General Manager of Abia State Tourism Board, alongside a mega Ikwuano Super League which has facilitated the oversea contracts of many of it’s participants like Aguero from Ariam, Neymar from Oloko while we anticipate positive results for Attisi, Akoto, Okwe, Pastor, Chinwendu to mention but a few . This football tournament was aimed at uniting all 4 clans and dubbed the *Hon Stanley Nwabuisi Unity Cup* , has done more than Unite.
These achievements, were soon followed by his attraction of the building of 2 School blocks in Azuiyi Oloko and Isi-Ugwu (an extention of Amizi – Oloko. Currently, a borehole is being renovated in Amizi by Tony Safe Water Nig Ltd in his bid to revive moribund projects within the LGA.
Having made these considerable impacts in Oloko Clan, he proceeded to *Ariam Usaka* clan where he Renovated the Oboni-Upa Water Borehole and reconnected the Health Centre to National Power Supply. He soon commenced the renovation of an entire School Block at Ariam EluElu. This is an ongoing project that is funded directly from the pockets of the Honourable member.
In the course of these, 10 slots for Registered Nurses and other Health officers became available in the state and Hon Stanley Nwabuisi, using his position as the Chairman House Committee on Health gave all employment vacancies to Ikwuano indigenes amongst who are Mrs Elendu From Ibere, Mrs Oba from Ariam, Mrs Paul from Oloko, Miss Nnenna from Okwe, Oboro etal. Over 2 years in office, he also facilitated the admission of over 45 Ikwuano indigenes into School of Nursing Amachara with special mention of Miss Ikpeama from Oboro. This is outside the annual facilitation of admissions into ABSU and MOUAU.
Having touched Ariam Usaka clan with his Midas touch of *One-Clan-One-project,* The silent Achiever moved into *Oboro Clan.* His first stop was the renovation of the Water borehole at Amaoba Health Centre before attracting the renovation of an entire School Block at Ikwueke Central School. As at the time of compiling this report, the Umuokwor Water Reticulation project is currently being surveyed while a reminder has been sent to Asubeb for the provision of classroom desks at Nnono Community primary School and Isiala Oboro Migrant farmers Primary school.
*Ibere Clan* soon took the front seat with the ongoing total renovation of a School Block at Ihim. This is after his donation of a generating set to the Inyilla Health Centre, besides his empowering of *5 Ngwugwo Youths* with start up Cash grants in various areas of Skill.
Outside his clan projects, over *125 Ikwuano Women* were trained in crafts like, *Tailoring,* *Make-up,* *Catering* and *Cosmetology* with many now established on private bases. He has produced not less than *75 Special Assistants* to the Governor and sustained the annual football league for 3 years running having expanded the league to incorporate a female league distinct from that of their male counterparts.
The prolific representative also registered 2 cooperative Societies for Women and Youths which have seen the groups receive agricultural incentives and support for improved agro-activities in Ikwuano. Room for more membership into these groups is still open on expression of interest.
All these are distinct from bills and motions sponsored and co-sponsored on the floor of the house, plus the countless donations, to Church events, individual programs/projects and party functions that he has had to fund. School fees, Visa fees, Health bills and other forms of personal upkeeps have all been made available to various sons and daughters of Ikwuano of which have been kept off record but noted by posterity.
On this note, it is quite expedient to consider such excellence of service within such a dwarfed period of time, against limited conditions and a growing population of dependents, as a mark of commitment, diligence and proactive representation.
I thus humbly crave our indulgence in the consideration of the candidature of the aforementioned as the signature of excellence in performance and a testament of a brighter Tomorrow. Hence against all inevitable expectations of Human falliability, let us excogitate this candidacy as a *Legacy worthy of a Second Term.* _Ceteris Parabis._
