Abia State Governor Dr. Okezie Victor has said that his Government will not force people in the state to open their business premises for today Monday 31st May 2021.

The Governor stated this while featuring on Channels Television Politics yesterday according to Governor Ikpeazu “Abians will not be forced to open their shops Today if they do not wish to do so”

You can proscribe an individual, you can proscribe a group, you can proscribe an organization but it is difficult to proscribe an ideology

The Governor also restated his commitment to the membership of the people’s Democratic Party (PDP) and promised to remains with the Party.

Governance is not about me, but about serving my people on whose trust I hold this mandate. My people are comfortable with where I am and I have no intention of abandoning them” he said.
