I’M STILL PREPARED TO SERVE-HON EMEKA ATUMA

It was an electrifying atmosphere as the members Grace Movement for Hon. Emeka Atuma for Abia Central Senatorial zone came out in their numbers to welcome their principle officer, Hon. Emeka Atuma at his country home Ntalakwu Oboro in Ikwuano Local Governmemt , Abia state after the judgement of supreme court in Abuja.

The event was attended by the members of grace movement of All Progressive Congress APC, within the six local governments in Abia Central Senatorial zone which includes Isialangwa north and south, Umuahia north and south, osisioma and Ikwuano.

In his welcome speech, the DG Rt Hon. Martins Azubuike thanked the members/supporters of Grace Movement for their resolute and doggedness in support of their principle officer in the person of Hon, Emeka Atuma throughout the period they worked to deliver good governance to the people of Abia Central .

Azubuike acknowledged the spirit of a leader that was found in Hon. Atuma without minding all that happened during the period he was in the court fighting for the mandate of the good people of Abia central senatorial zone

He stated that Hon. Atuma didn’t lose rather the party did for not allowing Hon. Atuma to have the ticket to contest for the senatorial position.

In his response, Hon. Emeka Atuma expressed his unreserved gratitude to all the members of the Grace Movement for their support during the Journey to serve the people of Abia central senatorial zone in the federal house, went further to reassure them , that Grace Movement has come to stay and Hon. Emeka Atuma is MOVEMENT, of which he is prepared to serve the people of Abia in any capacity.

He reminded the movement that they worked, fought and finally they have seen it all, but they are not stopping because leadership is continuous, despite not been on the ballot nor on the serving position.

He went further to remind other members of All Progressive Congress, who are running for some elective positions, to remember that their performance score card is the only thing that will guaranty their positions, In the sense that, credibility is the only access for re-election into elective positions. In his final submission to grace movement, he assured the movement that the reason for the meeting is to thank them for the job well done, and reminded them that more work will be done in the nearest future.

The women leader Lady Franca Osuwa in her speech, she prayed that God should elevate Hon. Emeka Atuma to the envy of nations and pledged their support to his leadership

Comrade Uchenna Uwaezuoke Youth coordinator during his vote of thanks pledged the support of the youths of Abia central and Abia in general.

It was observed that all the LGA’S coordinators gave their individual vote of thanks and pledged their undying loyalty to Hon. Emeka Atuma and to grace movement. In his remarks the coordinator of Isialangwa south Com. Nnamdi Eze Nwoke , he encouraged hon. Emeka Atuma to continue with his good works, and appreciated him for not abandoning the movement , of which he summoned and hosted all the members in his country home.

The physically challenged persons were also seen in their numbers as they pledged their support to the movement and hon. Emeka Atuma.
Hon. Chidi Nwosu in his closing remark acknowledged all the stakeholders of Grace Movement for their support and coordination during the programme.
