It’s a shame’ – Luis Suarez, Fabregas react as fans boo Messi, Neymar

Former Barcelona teammates, Luis Suarez and Cesc Fabregas have reacted after the fans of Paris Saint-Germain booed Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr. on Sunday.

They sent messages of support to Messi and Neymar after they were booed by the fans at the Parc des Princes on Sunday.

PSG’s supporters were angry that their superstars could not help them remain in the Champions League following their elimination from the competition by Real Madrid last Wednesday.

The fans were hoping that the addition of Messi to their star-studded side would have given them the advantage to claim the Champions League this season.

Although PSG bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Bordeaux in Ligue 1 on Sunday, the supporters continuously booed, whistled and jeered Messi and Neymar.

And after the game, Suarez, who played alongside Messi and Neymar in one of Barcelona’s fiercest attacks, hit out at PSG’s fans and paid tribute to his former teammates.

As always, football has no memories.
