5. *Online Defamation*: Spreading false information about someone online, which can lead to a fine of up to ₦5 million and/or imprisonment for up to 2 years.

6. *Phishing*: Using fake emails, websites, or messages to trick people into revealing sensitive information, which can lead to a fine of up to ₦5 million and/or imprisonment for up to 3 years.

7. *Spamming*: Sending unsolicited emails or messages, which can lead to a fine of up to ₦1 million and/or imprisonment for up to 1 year.

8. *Terrorism*: Using the internet to promote or support terrorism, which can lead to a fine of up to ₦50 million and/or imprisonment for up to 20 years.

These offenses are punishable under the Cybercrimes Act, and the penalties can be severe. It’s essential to be aware of these laws and to use the internet responsibly.
