Manchester United Offer £51m For Brazilian Star

Manchester United have submitted a £51 million bid for Brazilian star, Antony, according to Goal.

Antony has been a revelation since arriving at Ajax in 2020, scoring 22 goals and registering 19 assists in 78 games across competitions.

The 22-year-old played under Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, at Ajax.

Ten Hag wants to bring his former player to Old Trafford this summer, and Man United are working to grant him his wish.

Ajax are in no hurry to offload their prized asset, though.

They want to keep Antony at the Johan Cruyff Arena for at least another season.

However, Ajax could be willing to do business if they receive a bid of around £68 million for Antony.

Antony’s current deal with Ajax will expire in 2025.
