NDLEA Intercepts Hard Drugs In Lagos, Others

Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency have intercepted hard drugs hidden in consignments. The agency also carried out successful raid operations in Lagos and other states in the country.

This was disclosed in a statement on the agency’s official Facebook page on Sunday.

According to the statement signed by the NDLEA Director, Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, some of the interceptions in Lagos include that of skunk in tomato pastes consignment weighing 20.00 kilograms, another consignment of 556 grams of Canadian Loud, and a raid in Mushin where 1,101kgs of Ghanaian Loud were recovered and three suspects arrested.

The statement further read that similar successful operations took place in Kogi, Niger, Ogun, Anambra, Kaduna, Edo, Yobe, and Imo states among others where hard drugs were recovered and suspects arrested.
