The former Commissioner for Environment, Solid Minerals and Cooperatives in Abia state , Hon. Barr. Stanley Ojigbo has saluted the Senator representing Abia North , Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu MON for his 64th birthday celebrations.

Speaking to news men at Transcorp hotel Abuja, on the eventful birthday celebration of former Abia Governor, His Excellency, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu on 21st April, 2024, Barr. Ojigbo described Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu as a visionary and quintessential leader. He added that Senator Orji Uzor Kalu is undeniably , a democrat who appreciates the centrality of democratic norms.

According to Barr. Ojigbo, the distinguished Senator has in the last 64 years of his beautiful life affected lives positively, especially as a Governor and now a Senator of the federal republic of Nigeria.

Barr. Ojigbo recalled how Dr. Kalu used his 8 years tenure of office as the State Governor to lay foundation of governance in Abia state in this present dispensation and appreciated all Dr. Kalu has been doing for humanity and his constituents as a worthy representative.

The former Commissioner stressed that some of Dr. Kalu’s good works as a Governor included taring of the 10 kilometres Ndoro – Itunta road which is still in good condition and serving the good people of lbere clan in Ikwuano LGA after many years of leaving office.

While wishing Senator Orji Uzor Kalu the best and many happy returns, Barr. Ojigbo thanked God for sparing his life and prayed Him to grant Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu good health, long life and prosperity.
