One person has been declared dead in a lone accident that happened on Monday morning along Iwaraja Junction, Ilesa-Ipetu road, Osun State.
The lone accident involved a Ford Focus wagon with registration number, AKD525FC.
The Public Relations Officer of Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Osun State Command, Agnes Ogungbemi, said the fatal accident occurred around 9:22 am on Monday.
She disclosed that the accident involved seven people, four males and three females, adding that two persons were injured while one male died.
Ogungbemi revealed that the injured victims were rescued and were taken to Wesley Guide Hospital Ilesa for treatment.
“The injured victims were rescued to Wesley Guide Hospital Ilesa for treatment while the dead was deposited in the same hospital morgue,” she said.
