Osimhen reveals why Koulibaly gave him camera to celebrate goal against Verona

Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen has explained why he used a pitch side camera to celebrate one of his goals against Verona on Sunday.

The Nigeria international also said he still believes Napoli are still on the right track to lift the Serie A title.

Osimhen netted twice on Sunday to help the Italian giants overpower a hard fighting Verona side and close the gap to three points in the Serie A table.

The team bounced back from a home defeat to league leaders, AC Milan the previous weekend and Osimhen said his side must be able to win all their matches in order to clinch their title.

Like I always say, we have to continue to win. In order to win the Scudetto, we must try to win every game this season. I believe we can do it,” Osimhen told DAZN as quoted by Football Italia.

Speaking on why he celebrated his second goal with a camera while clicking towards the fans, the Super Eagles player said: “[Kalidou] Koulibaly gave me the camera to take a picture of the fans. They have been amazing from start to finish and they deserved a shot!”
