Otti’s government has again, backtracked on the inclusion of civil servants engaged in December 2022 from its mass sack of Abia workers, which was the same flipflop witnessed when over 300 casual BIR workers were laid off.

Confusion is Otti’s reality as public sector management is entirely different from the private sector he is used to.
