A Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, Comrade Chika Ishionwu, has resigned his membership in the party.

He states his anger as a reason for his action to dump the party.

Comrade Chika Ishionwu was a Senior Special Assistant to the Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu of Abia State

I hereby resign my membership of the Peoples Democratic Party with effect from today Wednesday 18th January 2023,

This resignation for me is a matter of conscience and principle I have decided to be none partisan and face my movement
