US President Joe Biden has said that he warned President Vladimir Putin that invading Ukraine would only make NATO stronger.

The US President was speaking on the backdrop of Sweden and Finland becoming members of NATO, accusing Russia of having attempted to break the alliance.
He portrayed the trans-atlantic alliance as more united than ever as he prepared to depart Madrid after two summits focused heavily on the war in Ukraine.
