Hon. Sam Onuigbo challenging the Victory of Hon. Emeka Atuma as the authentic APC Abia Central Candidate for the forthcoming General Election.
A case before the federal High Court Umuahia between Hon .Emeka Atuma the Abia Central APC Candidate and Hon.Sam Onuigbo pleading to the court to declare him winner.
Hon Sam Onuigbo had a parallel direct primary election which was not recognized by the APC NEC and he presented a result that was not sign by the Party NEC to the court.
The result he presented to the court was issued to him dated 28th June 2022 while the said direct primary was conducted on 29th June 2022.
He pleaded with the Court to set aside the victory of Hon.Emeka Atuma who won the 7th July 2022 primary conducted by the APC National and his results we’re all duly signed.
The Federal High Court Judge adjourned the case to 4th of Oct.
