Senate President, Lawan Loses Battle For Yobe North APC Senatorial Ticket

The President of the Nigerian Senate, Dr Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan has lost the battle for the Senatorial ticket of Yobe North Senatorial District on the platform of the All Progressives Congress APC.

Report has it that the judgement was delivered at the Court of Appeal on Monday in Abuja.

The Appellate Court affirmed Bashir Sheriff as the authentic candidate of the APC for Yobe North Senatorial District of Yobe State.
