South East Young Leaders Consultative Forum has disclosed plans to honor the Governor of Rivers State Sir Siminalayi Fubara with an award of excellence for his achievements and commitment to developing Rivers State.

Gov.Fubara was nominated for his contributions to propelled infrastructural development in the state inspite of his political challenges.
