The Apex Court has listed the Appeal filed by Chief Okey Ahiwe and the People’s Democratic Party(PDP) against the Appeal Court Judgement which upheld the election of Dr Alex Otti as Abia Governor.

The case which was listed alongside that of the APC candidate Chief Ikechi Emenike is scheduled for hearing on Wednesday 10th January 2024 at the Supreme Court.
