Tension has enveloped the state as the Court of Appeal in Lagos is set to deliver a judgment in the legal battle on the Abia State Governorship election.

The battle is between Abia Governor Alex Otti of the Labour Party, High Chief Ikechi Emenike of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and Chief Okey Ahaiwe of the Peoples Democratic Party.
