THANK YOU MY BOSS, ENGR SMITH O. SYLVANUS FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT DURING MY ELECTION AS THE SOUTHEAST VICE PRESIDENT- COMR SMART UWAKWE

The State Chairman National Youth Council of Nigeria, Engr Smith O. Sylvanus received his Secretary who doubled as the Newly elected southeast Vice President of NYCN Comr Smart Uwakwe who came to appreciate him for his support and encouragement during the Congress at calabar.

In his words, I have come to say thank you for your support and encouragement during the just concluded extra-elective congress that elected me as Vice President south East and of course without your support it wouldn’t have been easy but by the Grace of God we where able to come through. The journey started here and today we have achieved together thank you sir, I have come to also draw more of your support and from your versed knowledge in the system to enable me succeed. You have been a Council man for long and now as a state chairman, I will need your support at all level and every time, and with your support we will achieve a lot.

Engr Smith while responding thanked God for his Grace that gave them the victory during the Calabar Congress and also thanked members of the state delegates, Members of his state executive council, most importantly the Permanent secretary Elder Friday Ikpeaoha, the state Director of Youth Mobilization Elder Temple Nwaosu, the staffs of the ministry of Youth and sports development for all of their supports in ensuring victory during the congress.

He further in his response assured the new vice President south East of the state support at all times and will also help him to ensure that all the stakeholders in the south East will queue into his leadership. He equally assured him that his Doors are open for any kind of assistant he may need to succeed in his new office.

In action to his promises, Immediately the state chairman led him to the ministry of Youth and sports development to officially present the new vice president South East to the ministry and Permanent secretary Elder Friday Ikpeaoha who also thank God for the victory during the just concluded extra-elective congress and assured him of the ministry and state governments support all through his tenure as Vice President.

Elder Ikpeaoha Challenged him to live up to expectations as the hope and of which the employment of South East Youths has been Rested on his shoulders, he encouraged him to always remember Abia Youths his home based as he is now an Ambassador of the entire Youth of the south East and from Abia So Abia first he added.

The zonal vice chairman Abia central, who was also one of the delegates Comrd okechukwu Austin shell, the coordinator of umuahia South and some members of his executives were also in Youth house during the visit.
