After the youth summit conference at Villa Roy Hotel Umuahia, Abia State. The southeast Chairmen of National Youth Council of Nigeria held their meeting to resolve on the below communique this day 27th January, 2022.

• The forum has approved the regular monthly meeting of the forum on rotational bases.

• The forum has also nominated Engr Smith O Sylvanus as the Chairman of Chairmen, Comr Samuel Egwuatu as the secretary and Barr. Udoka Ezinwanne as Public Relation Officer of the NYCN Southeast Chairmen’s forum respectively.

• That the Southeast Chairmen will partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure that issues of insecurity will reduce to its favorable atmosphere.

• The forum has equally advised the youths of southeast to acquire a sustainable skill that will enhance their economic base.

• The Chairmen’s forum commends and advises the federal Government to speed up over all the ongoing federal Road projects in the southeast to ensure it’s completion before the raining season.

• They have also called on the Southeast Youths to take cognizant and avoid being used as a political tool/tout during electoral periods.
