The Election Petition Tribunal has declared Hon. Erondu Uchenna Erondu Jnr of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP as the winner of the Abia State House of Assembly, Obingwa West Constituency election as the winner.

The tribunal dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner and the candidate of Labour Party (LP) Mrs. Victoria Onwubiko challenging the victory of Hon. Erondu Uchenna Erondu Jnr.
