Trouble looms for the Governor of Abia State Dr Alex Otti at the ongoing proceedings of the Governorship Tribunal as a witness brought by the Counsel to the PDP, C.L. Nwogwugwu, SAN, has tendered incriminating evidence of how the election was manipulated in Favour of Labour Party in Abia State.
Abia Governors Lawyer A. J Owonikoko and Counsel to Labour Party Umeh Kalu had opposed the subpoenaed witness of the PDP who is a Statistician, but their opposition was dismissed by the Tribunal Chairman.
The witness is currently presenting other evidence as of the time of filing this report.
