2.24Km Road Worth N951m To Be Constructed By Niger Govt

The Niger State Government has approved the construction of 2.24Km Musa Abubakar-Bosso City Hotel-Pyata junction road at the cost of over N951m.

The state Commissioner for Works, Alh. Mamman Musa , disclosed this during the post-council briefing at the Government House Minna.

The Commissioner said, “The road when completed will provide an easy access to Bosso Dam and will also be part of the state government’s contribution to a German Milk and Cheese Manufactory company under construction in the Bosso area”.

Alh. Musa explained that the road construction is expected to be completed in five months, adding that the project will be funded with funds for special projects in the 2022 budget.

Also, Commissioner for Information Dr. Emmanuel Musa told newsmen that the state government has included Fulfulde to broadcast languages in the state.

Musa also revealed that the F.M transmission station located in Chanchaga will be relocated to Maitumbi for security reasons pointing out that the government will continue to make every effort that will ensure a good and quality service delivery by all the state owned media outlets.
