Russian President, Vladimir Putin has slammed the United States of America and its allies, saying their attempts to cancel Russian culture and Russia itself have failed.

Speaking in a video address at the Tavrida.ART festival held in Crimea on Monday, the Russian leader said those attempts have proven futile.

It is just stupid. And those who think otherwise, unfortunately for them, have not learned the lessons of history,” Putin added.

The Russian President pointed out that the 2022 festival team also includes people from the “liberated territories” — from the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics.
