Supreme Court fixes date to decide on Rt.Hon.Emaka Atuma’s tussle for APC’s senatorial ticket

The judgment of the Supreme Court will finally decide who holds the APC’s ticket for the Abia Central Senatorial election billed to hold on 25 February between Rt.Hob.Eneka Atuma and Hon.Sam Onuigbo

The Supreme Court has slated 27 January (Friday) for judgment in a dispute over the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket for the Abia Central Senatorial District election.

The APC is challenging the decision of the Court of Appeal, Owerri, which sacked Rt Hon. Emeka Atuma is its candidate for the senatorial seat election that will hold on 25 February.
