Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has expressed sadness over their inability to progress to the quarterfinals of the ongoing FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
DAILY POST reported that Nigeria crashed out of the tournament on Monday after losing 4-2 on penalties to England in their round of 16 tie.
Reacting via her Twitter handle, Nnadozie wrote: “So sad not to have qualified for the next round; we gave our all. Super proud of this team. We will come back better and stronger. Thank you all for your love and support.
